Web Hosting Event Brings Together Major Industry Players

Web Hosting Chat – NEW YORK – Tier1 Research (T1R), the independent IT analyst firm that is the preeminent source for analysis on the Internet infrastructure sector will be hosting its fifth annual Hosting Transformation Summit – North America (HTS NA) event next week in Las Vegas. The event is set to kick off on Monday, September 14 with an opening reception and will continue through Wednesday, September 16, providing attendees with an unsurpassed conference program. With over 450 industry leaders in attendance, the fifth year of this event promises to yet again deliver the information-gathering and networking opportunities that have made it the most unique event in the colocation and hosting industry.

Day two of the event will kick into high gear with an analyst keynote from Dan Golding, Tier1’s Vice President and Research Director. The analyst keynote will touch on the recession and its impact on the financial, product and customer arenas, as well as looking ahead to the recovery and the impact of all industry players. Additional areas of focus are set to include a spotlight on the operational issues of datacenter and hosting providers, given the large number of outages that have taken place this past summer, and a review of the role of the hosting provider as we take a look back over the past five years and look forward five years into the future.
